Coming to peace with accountability

Between believers of accountability and honesty in the government, believers in progress and prosperity through science and finally those believers in the increasingly forgotten intangibles of human courage for saying the truths are a century's battle.
Many people are asking, what do we lose when our lives are becoming less valuable than the political games in the arena of today's politics?
To remain accountable and honest for people, is not to admit to any deception, lies and political games.
